We start by understanding your lifestyle preferences and detailing the project objectives. At the conclusion of this stage, we will be prepared to recommend the best Sound by Design Package that will meet your objectives, and we can discuss any options that may be appropriate.

Step 2: Custom Equipment Selection & Programming

After your proposal is accepted, we will purchase the equipment, test and pre-program the equipment in our office as needed, and make arrangements to install it in your home at times that are convenient for you.

Step 3: Professional Installation & Calibration

This might include sound equalization for various speaker placements, maximizing TV displays for lighting conditions, setting volume levels appropriate to the room metrics, and identification of any interference or other potential impediments to quality that are specific to your environment.

Step 4: User Training You Can Actually Use

We will spend as much time as needed to get you up to speed on your new system and comfortable with its operation.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

Sound by Design offers full support after the sale is complete. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service.
